For the wife's new M & P 9C, I ordered two new ( S & W ) mags from Midway.
The finger rest 12 round mags were out of stock and they sent the flat base ones.
What a huge difference it makes in the gun's feel. Way too short for a decent grip.
Shopped around this afternoon and then thought of calling Smith Service. I got a great gentleman there , who knew guns and wanted to help. ( I wish I remembered his name...)
When I asked to order two magazine , finger rest, base plates;
he said "oh is that all?
And said they are on their way.
My info was on file ( from buying target grips).
We chatted as he filled the order and gave me the number.
And he wished me a good evening!
One more time they have given me parts, gratis.
