How far off the lands do you guys run these?? They are so freakin' short.

Teach every child you meet the importance of forgiveness. It's our only hope of surviving their wrath once they realize just how badly we've screwed things up for them.

Don't worry too much about the jump.
I have a 308 that shoots tight little groups with the bullets jumping nearly 1/8".

I seat them to the last relief groove and put a light crimp on them, I get sub-moa accuracy out of my dad's Ruger MKII All Weather.

I've done four or five .308s with 130 TTSXs. No two the same seating depth to get the best accuracy. I start at .050 off and if that does not group well I move up to .010 off and work back 10 thou at a time until they do. Surprisingly often for me they group well at .010 off.

They are a hair longer than a 180gr .30cal Core-Lokt. Monatanamarine posted a comparision photo a while back.
Now with even more aplomb

I had loaded them with the first groove just above the case mouth. They were jumping about .20" to the lands, but accuracy was sub-moa at 100 and 400 yards.

Tim, you running them in 308 Win? If so I will send you a recipe. I have loaded them for about 4 different guys all with the same powder charge and COAL all had similar results, sub moa.

about .050" or so off the lands in my Browning, and they shoot very well. Decently fast, too, for a 20" barrel.

The Mayans had it right. If youre going to predict the future, its best to aim far beyond your life expectancy, lest you wind up red-faced in a bunker overstocked with Spam and ammo.

Yep took a spike muley with one from 120 yrds, pencil in, quarter out. Just like they're suppoda. Still working with loads to get them going a little tighter doing 1-1/2 to 2' groups out of a Sav99, not bad but I know I can get them to do better .
