27-14 at the half after 5 turnovers against unranked three loss Tulsa which dropped games to East Carolina and SMU.
Hawaii, BTW, tied with BSU at 7-1 in the WAC.

I think the WAC is finished in this one. Unless of course Foxbat digs up some 20 year old stats and that makes Hawaii relevant in this game

Tulsa is up 62-35 with a minute to go....I'm hoping the Hula Girls uncork a long one so they break a hundred total points.
so far over 900 yards passing, and eight turnovers.
The WAC is a "major conference" joke.....I remember when the Hulagirls came to the Sugar Bowl a few years ago to play a Georgia team that had lost a couple of SEC games. Hawaii got killed by about 40 points....that was the year they were undefeated and bitching they weren't ranked number one....very much like BSU up until they lost that last game this year.
OH....too bad, time ran out with only 97 points scored.

Waiting to see how Reno does in Jan. against BC. Almost thinking about going to see the game since its right across the Bay from me. Had several buddies who are Cal Berkeley alums who drove up to Reno in the early season to watch Cal get whupped! Remember, Reno did beat Boise! Two more seasons & the WAC is toast anyways, everybody is jumping to other leagues.

Pretty pathetic when you can't beat an unranked, 3 loss team at a home bowl game. McMackin was terrible at TX Tech, he's still terrible. pretty scary home crowd too.....a lot of them looked like they might eat the losers

Hawaii generally succeeds by fielding 14 players: The usual 11 + the three guys wearing zebra stripes.
Officiating is a part of the game. But I puke when anybody good plays Hawaii.
