Are you two in the same house but conversing via the Internet? No wonder couples complain they can't communicate!

He was arranging his entries in the AFF photo contest and just handed them in... There may be something to that communication thing...

AFF Photo Contest

Here's the entry form for the Alaska Fly Fishers Annual Photo Contest - 2011. Rules are basically the same as last year. You can submit a total of 12 images - 3 in each of the 4 categories. All entries must be received by 3 January to be eligible. Make sure you read all the information on the sheet.

I swore I was going to participate in the next exchange, but with my fly-tying skills (or lack there-of), it would be a daunting enough task to complete 12 flies - let alone 24. Next time, next time...

Yeah, that was then and this is now... wink First there was a screw up in setting up the meetin' hall... and there was no settin' up done... So people called people and people with pictures did not get together with the photo collector... me...

That and the fact I am all about giving everybody every chance possible to get their pictures in. We need good pictures for our upcoming book and this is a very good source.

Further, being a contest where family members may fare well I need to ensure no one has an excuse. I do not judge the photos in any way, I simply collect them and arrange them for the judges. I track them and arrange for prizes...

And no one can blame me.

This contest includes some awesome photos!

Food, not necessarily bug? If so, then I'm in.

This should be interesting-- two stages of "food, not necessarily bug".

A streamer and a flesh fly.
A pork rind and a piece of bacon.
A little niblet and a big ol' cob.
A Daredevil spoon and just a split ring.
(I could go on, but you wouldn't want me to.)

It'd be cheating to use your neighbors' term for your household.
