Saw a couple of these knives and their were fairly expensive but looked like a quaility knife. Southeast_Arizona Campfire Greenhorn S Joined: Jul 2010 Posts: 34 San Diego, CA	TN, If you're seeing the newer build CC's, they were made under contract by Great Eastern and, based on the several Great Easterns that I use, would be very nice. I believe the steel on the CC's is 420HC. If you're interested in getting one, I can't help but think that you'll be very satisfied and impressed with the fit and finish. Regards, Tony
