You can call any paper in any town in any state and make an announcement of birth,but it doesn't mean the birth occurred there.The so called birth certificate thats been shown is a birth registration,NOT a BIRTH CERTIFICATE.See?

My cars are registered in my state of residence,but they weren't made here.

The problem is that neither Obama nor Hawaii can find a forger stupid enough to create what he knows will be his last job.

It's the simple fact he refuses to show his records. Birth, education, travel visa, whatever.

He refuses.

Why?

It's not like these things are difficult. It's not any extraordinary request requiring extraordinary effort.

But instead he dumps out over a million dollars. A woman who defended the cases suddenly arises to federal judgeship. Numerous judges have invented the lamest excuses I recall for why NOT to hear the case. The media won't touch it, other than to say it's kook conspiracy.

Well Rancho, I would not hang my hat solely on this hook. That said, the question has NOT been answered. I am curious as to why, when Obama is OBVIOUSLY not meeting this issue head on, you would allow him to carry on as if he DID produce the birth certificate. Even if the document was located by the former Secretary of Health (which is in some doubt) there remains enough doubt, that he should make it available to the public. In his position as POTUS, he must cast off any thin skin he may have, for whatever reason, about this issue. If the document has NOT been produced (not even found, according to the Hawaiian Gov.), why would you say Republicans are shooting themselves in the foot? Are we so single dimensional that a single issue would sink us? Are we so stupid that we should accept a non answer, and complete obfuscation, instead of a simple response to our questions about his birth? He has NOT provided a birth certificate. He has NOT provided any educational records (which may indicate nationality). As Barry Soetoro, he attended Indonesian schools, which require him to be an Indonesian citizen. Do we just ignore the question? It weems Republicans are being minimized through ridicule, but I contend that until Obama answers these questions properly, you are an absolute fool to accept his claims without proof. Tell me how this is shooting myself in the foot? If he is shown to be a citizen, big whoop. I just want proof, that's all.

The question as to why he hasn't produced the certification demanded by the kooks, is.. They'll continue to look like kooks for as long as they demand it.

I reject that premise. I look like a kook, because he has not produced his birth certificate? You, on the other hand, appear to be willing to allow a person who may not be Constitutionally able to hold the highest office in the land, to commit what amounts to treason. At the very least, he is playing one side against the other on this issue. What if there IS no birth certificate? Have you not even considered that? If you have not, you are not very bright.

First of all, even if he was born in Hawaii and remained there his entire life, he is still not Constitutionally qualified to be President. "Natural Born" is not the same as "native born". Natural Born is a more stringent requirement that requires both of his parents to be US citizens. 0bama has admitted in writing that he doesn't meet this requirement. He should be removed from office. Why has no one done this? It's the ultimate play of the Race Card!

If Palin decides to run in 2012 those very same records for her are already "sealed" due to current privacy laws, they are not available for public consumption unless Sarah signs off on making them public. The same would apply to your records and mine. Is it reasonable to demand non public records to be made public without the individuals permission? Is it really a conspiracy?

Mr LOCO,can you name one,mind you,JUST ONE,other POTUS that went to the trouble,effort, what ever,and spent millions of dollars to hide their identity?I can recall Eisenhower being asked to prove his origin of birth ,and he did so with no qualms.If I actually had zillions of dollars,I would be hard pressed to throw even a minute amount of it away for nothing,especially to seal documents that were true to life...Unless I needed to hide something really BIG and IMPORTANT.

I take it you imply that I suspect some arcane conspiracy. Not at all. In my experience, if somebody does not answer your question, it is either because they don't know, or don't want YOU to know. I just want a truthful answer, and see no reason to stop asking until I get it. And no, on this issue, I don't think you are very bright. Sorry. No prize for you. The 14th only defines who can be a ordinary citizen and that arguably only applies to when the 14th was ratified. "Natural Born" is a class specified by Article 2, section 1.
