Don't know if this is appropriate on this forum or not but just an FYI of some recently added Low Walls on GB. I just picked one up in 260 so my finances won't let me play.

.22 Hornet NIB $1050 : http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=212934824
.223 like new $600 w/reserve, BIN @$1250 : http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=213098416

Not bad. How much did you have to pay for the .260, if you don't mind sharing?

I just clicked your link to buy the 223. Not sure where you got your price. But the buy now price was $1,250. Not $600. Tom.

Uh, you need to CAREFULLY read the first post.

I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

A whole lot more than it cost new but less than they typically go for these days when you can find one. I got it off of gunsamerica. It is still there if you want to see what I paid. It should be at my FFL today. Only thing funny about it is it has a recoil pad on it. I've never seen a low wall with recoil pad so I assume it was altered.
Does anyone know about the low wall rear scope ring base? I see on some the scope ring mounts directly above the receiver and on other the base extends forward and the ring mounts forward of the receiver. Are both styles made for the low wall or did someone make one of them ~fit?
