I have a friend in Punxsutawney PA that is working two days a week making ICE! Punxsutawney PA for the last week has been one of the coldest spots in Pennsylvania. To make a comparison - the two coldest spots usually on the news in the winter in the lower 48 is usually Bradford PA and International Falls Minn http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/volunteer/janfeb05/mpcold.html
