There's a secret at this golf course in Tacoma, Washington. And it isn't just the weather that will mist your eyes.

I am not a Golfer or a Vet. But that is really cool.

We need to support ALL OF OUR VETS. We owe them our lives and our freedoms.

Thanks for the post and keep reminding us about what we owe our Vets.

Thanks to you for the video and thanks to those who have contributed so much in attitude, work and concern for our most deserving veterans.

It is good for us to see.

Thanks for the heads up. I think that is great and Jack Nicklaus and so many other golfers are so willing to help people. I have more respect for the PGA than any other pro association. There are exceptions but that is the world we live in, humans are human.

Way to go Jack and the others involved.

p.s. 12 years ago I was in an electronics store in a Portland OR suburb and my young son was with me. We had purchased something and we were leaving. My son dropped something he was holding/playing with and was having some difficulty with it. My son was young and squatting/leaning over and goofing with this thing and Peter Jacobson had just walked in. He bent saw me and smiled, I was just watching my son play, Peter must have thought it was cute because he squatted down and started to help/play with my son and talk to him. It was really cool. He was just being a nice guy and enjoying my son as I was. I stood there smiling and thinking "wow, this guy is the real deal." He was so nice. Nick stood up with his toy/gizmo/thingy (I can't even recall what it was, it could have been a piece of plastic) Peter stood up and said "you two fellas have a great day." I said you too Peter. He smiled at me, winked and walked off. I was pretty blown away. He acted like an Uncle to my son, no a stranger. Just before that some guy had walked around Nick like he was a traffic cone. Peter saw a little boy.
