The reason I'm asking is I have come across one that has been D&Ted for scope blocks simil;ar to the Speigel Mossbergs of the late 30s early 40s The one in question actually has a period Mossberg target scope mounted. I haven't seen this first hand. only a photo. Thanks The Tail Goes Along With The Hide. We should have picked our own cotton.
