I have a Ruger 32 Convertible Blackhawk with cylinders for .32-20 and .32 H&R Magnum. Does anyone know of someone making a .327 Federal Magnum for this gun?

FYI- I already contacted Ruger and they are not making the .327 Federal Magnum cylinder for the .32 Blackhawk!

It would not be difficult to ream the 32 H&R to 327 Federal Magnum. Brownells and Midway also carry blank cylinders for gunsmith use that can be reamed to a proper chamber and fitted by your gunsmith.

thats a full size blackhawk..
It shouldn't be a problem to get a 327 fed cyl. built for it.
Bowen,Reeder or clement can do it.
Bowen has done a bunch of this type work you can probably get some pricing from his web site.

Bowen sells cylinders:

Oversized and ready to be reamed, fitted and timed. Not cheap, but Bowen makes quality stuff.

Should be able to rent a reamer and do it yourself pretty easily. That is what I would do, in a heartbeat. That done, you could shoot about any rimmed 32 ammo one could find through that gun. A handy plus as I see it.

That is what I'd recommend, just ream the factory chambers and shoot any straight wall .32 made.

Not knocking the custom smiths at all, they do beautiful work, but then you still have the factory barrel and trigger unless you want to spring for another few hundred bucks. For the cost of fitting a new cylinder you could just about pick up a new stainless Blackhawk already chambered in .327 Fed. Magnum.

Gunnery, gunnery, gunnery.
Hit the target, all else is twaddle!
