Need 8x56R reload data
The data with Lee dies gave me a lot of blowback with two M95s, I think it was really watered down. I picked up some IMR 4895, 3031 and Varget. Sure would like some recipies for any powder. Anyone know of any?

8x56Rmm Austrian/Hungarian Mannlicher / 8mm Hungarian M31
Warning! Notes: General Comments - This cartridge is often confused with the 8x56mm Mannlicher-Schoenauer, which is a rimless sporting cartridge, whereas the Hungarian military round is rimmed. The two are not interchangeable, as there is considerable difference in case dimensions as well as bullet diameter. Rifles in this chambering are common on the American market and ammunition is also readily available. The 0.329-inch diameter bullet makes handloading a problem because bullets of this size are not normally available. It is possible to use 0.323-inch bullets, but accuracy is poor. Military rifles in this chambering should be considered primarily collector's items because of the ammunition supply problem. In power, the 8x56Rmm Hungarian and the 8x50Rmm Austrian cartridge are in the 30-40 Krag class. (Cartridges of the World 11th Edition)

I bought one of those little carbines thinking it would use a standard 8mm bullet. (surprise!). Anyhow my first idea was to chrono some factory ammo, use quickload and a chrono to do more forecasting. Here is info from what little I played with the gun.
Factory 206 grain ammo did 2290 fps
200 grain reloaded bullets with 44.5 I3031 did 2280
200 with 55 I 4350 did 2188
200 with 56 re22 did 2125.
225 grain with 54 re22 did 2030.

None of my loads did better than 5" accuracy at 100 yds.
I'm sure my bore isn't a "sweet" one. It does look like comparing my actual results to those above are pretty close though!
