As I am reading Sweeneys book The 1911 He mentions power factor. I am familiar with the fact that IDPA/IPSC ect require a "power factor" for your loads Major/minor so to speak. Well as I type this on the library's computer - filter won't let me to the IDPA/IPSC sites. So if someone could tell me how to compute power factor I would be much obliged. I am gonna assume it is a combo of FPS, Bullet weight, and caliber/bullet diameter?

Thanks.

Theres a java based calculator HERE. I haven't used it but the others he has on the site seem to work pretty well.
