Yesterday my dummy launcher arrived. I decided to get one after reading the book "Water Dog". Boy does that thing work well! My first shot sent my puppy running for the truck. He tried to jump in the back! After hand tossing the dummy to him about ten times I tried again. This time I shot low and sent a grounder about 70 yards. He took off after it and retrieved it. He's still a little skiddish at the time of the shot, but he's getting much better and he retrieves it every time.
Anybody have any training tips with the dummy launchers?
