Brass is dog-easy to form.
Even easier, if you can afford it, would be my first-quality custom Mauser with profiled octagon barrel, dies, and brass. I'll shoot some pix of it and post 'em here one of these days. Even at half or less of its worth, though, it ain't cheap. The fancy stock blank alone cost more than some pretty good rifles cost.
It falls in the category of items that are listed on fancy-dancy restaurants' menus without prices � like Commodore Vanderbilt's famous answer to someone who asked him how much a yacht cost ("If you have to ask, you can't afford it").
On second thought, it might be kinder not to post pix of it here. It pains me to think of spending that much on one rifle, anyway.
