What bullets have you thought enough of to stock up on to ensure availability for years to come?

I have not done much hoarding.

87gr .257 Speer Hot-Cor Spitzer SP

100gr .257 Nosler Partition SPS (old screw machined)

150gr .284 Nosler Solid Base SPBT

250gr .358 Hornady RN

I don't worry about hoarding bullets, I worry about having the right molds for my rifles and getting my hands on every piece of scrap lead and lead/antimony/tin/arsenic wheelweight I can get my hands on. That's projectile insurance! Now for the primers, powders, and brass...

Maybe hoarding was not the appropriate word for me to use. When a hunting bullet exhibits exceptional accuracy and terminal performance on big game in a specific rifle I tend to lay in a good supply. The bullets I listed represent that.

I can't pass up a good deal, so I buy bullets when I stumble across them. So likely, when I leave the range for the last time, my widow will make out selling them all off....

130 gr Accubond 2'nds in .264
160 gr Accubond 2'nds in .284

And I really wish I had hoarded a whole bunch of the Nosler 210 gr jacketed hollow points 2'nds in .410 when they were available a while back.

Having watched bullets steadily improve over the last several decades I have pretty much gotten over the bug to hoard.
However.... I do have some .277 145 gr A Frames tucked away for special hunts.

It's been 50 since a visitor last paused at your tombstone.....

Since I sort by weight I tend to buy a lot of bullets, normally somewhere between 500 to 1000 of each bullet and weight I use.

I try to never have less than 500 in hand for each combo.

My bride has a hard time understanding why I have so many bullets but when you weigh and sort them each weight may only have 30+ bullets in it (depending on the manufacture and style).

So Its not hording but I have a LOT of bullets.
