I have some Norma R-1 powder, but no data. I think it would be great for light target/practice loads in the .38 Spl. I use the RCBS 38 140 cowboy mould for my 51 Navy Richard-Masons. Can anyone help?

According to an old Norma leaflet with 2,5 to 3,5 gr Norma R1 and a 148 gr Lead WC in a 4" vented barrel you can expect 705 to 755 fps.
