I've never shot a M39 .22 Mag, so I can't comment on them, .... Nor will you ever shoot one.

This discussion IS about .22 mags, right? Just keeping it pertinent.

They did make a few lever action 1894s in .22WRM, tho. Rare bird, but I'd love to find one at a reasonable (steal) price! And then there's the Model 56 in .22WRM, a good rifle too.
Was Mike Armstrong. Got logged off; couldn't log back on. RE-registered my old call sign, Mesa. FNG. Again. Mike Armstrong

Seen a few around $450-600 a copy .... now they're around $800 a copy for a shooter grade. Flippin' ridiculous. But some folks will pay that price. Fortunately for me its a want and not a need. Good Luck in your quest.

They did make a few lever action 1894s in .22WRM, tho. Rare bird, I had one for awhile. They stopped making them because of feeding issues. Mine fed fine. I paid $399.00 and sold it for less.

No it's because I sold a huge Marlin collection. Nobody wanted it.
