i've done the search but there is one thing i can't find in any previous post.i wish to apply to several guns but i don't want to change the apperance of the bluing,doe's this product change the coloring or finish properties?

Duracoat is a painted finish available in a wide variety of colors and even the clear coat will affect the color of the bluing. I believe there is also a dynacoat and that is a completely differnent application and might be more of what your looking for. http://www.dynamicfinishes.com/
