Vapenfabrik Huskvarna barreled action in 9.3x62 Commercial action without the thumb-cut Has the High side and is marked H on the receiver. Includes proper Lyman Peep with Aperture. tupolevtu95 Campfire Member T Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 143	Could be a Repeating Rifle Model 246 built on 98 action 1939-41 or a Repeating Rifle Model 640 built with non swept bolt handle on 98 and 38 actions. Both were made in 9.3x62. Very likely not a M98. It appears more to be a modified M94/96 action with a M38/M46 turned down bolt. Bolt shroud is typical of M94/96 in that it does not have the gas deflecting flange typical of M98s.

It is a modified commercial action with the thicker sidewall and no thumb-cut. Stronger and was commercially made for the 9.3x62 cartridge. Frank
