WE are funding 2 wars (longer than the Vietnam War - going on 9 years) with 2001 tax cuts that cut the revenue stream needed to fund them - hence the need to borrow more and more money. Let's get real folks, there is no free lunch. Either raise the revenue stream or cut the spending (and not just the social safety net side) on the highest budget areas .

Wait for the fed language of sustain periods of job creation and low rates required for support of a recovery to come out of their statements. When that happens, rates start moving up within 2 quarters; .25% ticks at first, and then accelerating.
