that it's mid May and we're in for three nights in the mid 40's? I have never seen it this cool at night this time of the year.

My forecast has a high of 38 and rain for Wed. I hope that was a mistake.

It was 70 Saturday afternoon and 33 when I got home from work at 0230 this morning. Had the A/C on in the truck at the beginning of shift and the heat on at the end.

60 degrees here this morning.....looks like a fine afternoon to clean guns and smoke cigars in the back yard.

Same mid 40's predicted here too, after breaking record high temp's a day or two last week. Getting about time for locust trees to blossom.

Crazy, ain't it M.

We've had a delta of 50 degrees in daily high temp's within the last week.
Tues was 92 or 93; tying a record, then we are expecting a high of 50 today.

The cold snap hit Thursday while I was weed eating the yard, some fence line, and around buildings. I started out in(and almost hot) a set of old rip-stop fatigues and a sleeveless shirt. I finished wearing a long sleeve sweatshirt and was seriously considering adding a pair of insulated bibs.
All that while running a weed eater on some fairly rough ground.

I want the 92 back!

Have a good day man. In honor of personal freedom and the open squirrel season, I think I'll go put a hole through dinner's head.

It has sure screwed with my gardening. Next year, if I'm still here and able to garden, I'm going to wait until the first of May to plant anything except corn. This is weird.
