I need to get my SX2 stock off and i dont even know if its supposed to come off. if it does can semeone post the steps. i looked online on the manual and i cant get it.

There are two somewhat hidden holes in the recoil pad. Look closely and you will see two slits. The rubber of the pad tends to close back up where the holes are. Push with your finger around on the pad until you find the screw hole slits. Put some grease on a med size phillips screwdriver and gently insert until you feel it engage the screws. ( The grease helps keep from tearing the rubber on the pad.) After removing the two screws that hold the recoil pad, gently work the pad off the stock.Then you will see a bolt head that holds the stock to the back of the receiver. Remove with the proper size ratchet socket and extension. Dont overtighten when reassembling, but snug it up firmly. Good Luck!

i took off the bolt and the stock doesnt come off still, theres a washer thingy i dont even know what it is called and that wont come off.

After you remove the nut from the recoil spring tube, you will need to remove the washers/plate too. Then it will come off. Some are a little sticky if never taken off before.

I tried pulling it, its really not coming. like it doesnt fit.
