I'm new to rifles as some of the people from the Marlin forum know. I have an 882 ssv and I really need a trigger job. The trigger pull became unbearable even to a veteran shooter at my range. I'm suffering greatly from flyers because of this. He managed to get a 1 inch group at 50yds. He said my pull was close to about 15 lbs.

<br>What exactly goes on in a trigger modification? Is it just changing of springs. I'm sure there's more to it.
