So, here's the story: I can get a
.22-250 SPS Varmint for X dollars
.308 SPS Varmint for X+$50
.243, 7-08 either youth or full size for X+$75
.308 Tatical (hogue, 20") for X+100
.308 Tatical threaded for X+$125
I'm trying to figure out which will let me sell parts and come up with the cheapest action. Obviously, the .22-250 is cheapest, but with the least desirable barrel and stock?
