It can be strapped down tightly. It has straps that go over the shoulder and around your torso. The straps are made of webbing (not elastic). Tightening the straps around your torso will keep the pouch from bouncing around even when you run or jump.

Thanks, that's what I was wondering. I may have to give it a try. I've been looking at that pack for a while now.

Well, Dan fits a bra better than you.

Most people do... but strangely, the bouncing and flopping is what made me abandon the bra.

I've also tried the S4 Lockdown which would work as well.

I agree, I carry my 10X42 in the big pouch, and my Garmin in the front pocket. Two most used pieces of equipment right on my chest.

I might buy one of those. I need a pouch with a strap that goes around my midsection. I hate having my binos hitting my chest while walking.

I have used the Crooked Horn Bino Harness with shield for 3 years now. It works well with and without my pack. It is a comfortable way to carry binos and has proven to be durable.

I'm pretty certain when we sing our anthem and mention the land of the free, the original intent didn't mean cell phones, food stamps and birth control.
