Lebron and his cohorts choked and the Mavs kicked their whiny prima donna butts. Not a basketball fan but watching the Heat get beat is priceless.

I bet Cleavland is out of 40 OZ'rs and 9mm tonight!
They say everything happens for a reason. For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.

Yeppers, that azzhat got what he deserved. I wonder if he's going to make a big media production again about how he couldn't bring home the title while he had both hands wrapped securely around his own neck?! 'Couldn't happen to a nicer guy! Glad to see Dirk get his title. While King James was busy shooting off his mouth, Dirk quietly went about his job. Once again, couldn't happen to a nicer guy!

It's good to see Dirk and Jason Terry win the prize....and Kidd also.

I have not been an NBA fan in years. Don't like the stars getting all of the calls that they do. Anyway-I watched part of the game tonight and was tickled to death that James and Wade got what was coming to them.

Very sad to see a team quit in the final minute of a still close game. Glad for Dirk.

Ditto all above. Don't watch NBA either; but watched this one and couldn't be happier. The cocky Heat Bros got exactly what they deserved!

It was a great validation of team ball, and team spirit, vs. whatever we should call the Heat.
On the other hand the Heat will be better next year; it was pretty impressive to make the finals the first year with that team.
I'm not a Lebron hater, but for a guy that is a physical freak like that to vanish the way he did was pretty lame. No fire in the belly that I could see. The Heat were playing with a strange reserve to them while the Mavs were burnin'.
Pretty cool to see Dirk and Kidd and Marion get a ring.

They made some very dumb predictions early in the year, even before the season started & I think the "Heat" got to hot for them. Just goes to show you that a good team can beat great talent. Only thing is, Miami will probably be right back there next year, hopefully with the same results. Really glad to see Dirk, Jason Terry, Jason Kidd & Shawn Marion get a ring, there are so many thugs in the NBA its refreshing to see a class team win it! It was fun watching JJ turn them inside out, all they seen of him all through the playoffs was the number on the back of his jersey!

Jason Terry won that game for them today.
One crazy thing about the whole series was the momentum shifts. It'd about give you whiplash! One team would look dominant as hell... unbeatable... then 5 minutes later it'd switch.

Not more so than LeBron lost it for the heat. His unability, or disinterest in showing up for the 4th quarter sealed his team's fate.

I enjoyed seeing the Miami Thugs get beat. I wonder how long it will before James starts throwing his teammates under the bus and whining for better "help."?

This should end, for the time being at least, any favorable comparisons between LeBron James and Michael Jordan.
