After viewing the thread, how to shoot hogs I thought I might start another.
Since I'm stuck inside recovering from double hernia surgery,

and since I don't have the time or money to burn at the present to go on Safari in Africa,
And since I am not contemplating a trip to Australia or New Zealand,
And archery season ain't here yet,
And being a sour old fart I don't want to be humored,
I don't feel political,
and woke up way too early this morning and missed my afternoon nap,

So, I am reduced to watching the hunting channels and following the threads here and on a couple other forums, and I got to contemplating, "How tough are hogs really?" so i thought I'd post the question,

"Are my bullets tougher that your hog?"

Now, given that the first liar don't stand a chance, I'll ask.....

Whats the most hogs you've killed with one bullet. I've done numerous doubles, only a couple of triples ........

singles

numerous doubles......

A triple here and there......

but four?

I now open the bidding.
Hunters, fishers, and other liars comments are welcomed, appreciated and taken with a grain of salt.

Shot a double with a 130 TTSX out of a 300 Sav. As expected, a comple pass through. I went out and found that bullet, reloaded it and shot two more. So.. four with one bullet. Does that count? grin

Me too, except with .308. Some were even hit more than once with the same bullet!!! They ran around to the end of the line for more.

My mistake, sorry. I thought I saw you were from Texas. The way you told your story, I thought you might be. We could extend "honorary status" should you desire.

A 168 TSX from a .30-06 is only slightly less effective than nuke it from orbit. I just can't get them to line up right.
