That's the important thing.

My general antipathy for all modern inlines is well known. smile I haven't an opinion about 700MLs either way, except that 700s in general have been decent rifles by-and-large but certainly aren't the only fish in the sea.

I read these threads about bolt action inlines out of curiosity born of a desire to learn about all things that go "bang!"

agree , i myself have to say the same thing . in reality it makes no difference what the fight is among the modern folks. I simply do not have the knowledge with those firearms .
But when it comes to this issue , I have to say that I do not believe that this is about not accepting someone who disagrees .

I find it hard to see how someone can disagree when there is nothing to disagree with .
This thread and the on asking about the Rem 700 is a very good example of the issue at hand .
Swampman is nothing but a continual troll .
It wouldnt be so bad if he would contain himself to topics where his opinion would actually serve the discussion . But thats not what happens . Continually he will jump in with one liners , no clarification and no base of experience past the always forth coming link to a RW article .
When that doesnt work , he then reverts to personal comments . Enviably shortly after there will come a thread asking for his specific opinion.
That happens so seldom that it then appears like a mercy thread OR one he himself starts under an alternate name . add in a very low thread count and it sure makes one wonder .

As to those being for his removal not posting their guns , harvest and such .
I would have to say that all one has to do is look for those posts . Most everyone here has posted photos of their rifles many , many times .
a lot of the time you will also find a post by swampman with one of his one-liners which results in short order , the thread time and time again going in some other direction.
The result is often also a 3+ page thread of nothing but BS one line comments , designed to do nothing but draw more folks into the fight .

Ill also close with this .
There is some very good , solid knowledge on this forum . a lot of folks who know their guns and gear who are willing to actually help someone out . Most are modern shooters and while im not into that , I do enjoy reading their topics for the knowledge though.
I just whish there was more of it and less of swampmans continual BS

I'll take a box but make sure it some the moisturizer in it. Normal kleenex typically drys out the skin around my nose.

And I'll send you some kotex. You've gotta be fresh out, the way you've been carrying on.

No doubt you've got a lifetime supply to choose from.

You're the only person I know of who goes to the proctologist and gets a complete physical exam. And enjoys it.

I wish we were all sitting around in a bar right now talking guns and hunting, and yes Swampy could join us. We would need somebody to settle the bar tab!

Come on Big Block 455 (how appropriate for a faker to cite an engine that quoted its torque rather than HP to try and sound bigger LOL!)

So you gonna whup up on Swampy ? I've seen his pic, sure he could handle any

Funny how many there are with over 1 million miles on them that have never been torn down. Of course you own several so you know all about them. LMAO

Yup Cummins thinks so little of MOPAR that they have by far the longest run of any manufacturer making a diesel engine for a pickup truck.

GM has yet to build/find a good one and Ford.... well a powerpoke is a powerpoke.

Wanna run for pink slips against this with your dynadog ? Can you read those numbers ?

always had to rebuild the front ends on those 95-00 dodge rams. You'd drive them around corners at around 60-65 and they'd just shake the crap out of you.

We've been looking for a diesel truck but every darn dodge we check out, you can wiggle the steering wheel left to right and just watch the entire front ends move on them while the wheels stay still. Its pretty bad. Ford isnt much better to be honest though. Our 98 f250 is a B to get front end parts for due to them using 97 parts on it, as well as 2WD parts. Its a real transexual LOL.

My Dynadog is a '92 isuzu rodeo with a 120hp GM 3.1 and 5 speed. Slow as turtle but climbs like a tank. No longer see a need for speed. My old Buicks were fun, but i much prefer slow and have some climbing ability.

You need a set of Peltor 10's while driving a Dodge Cummins too.
