Missouri has no illegal's, go figure......shouldn't the other states do
the same?!

The "Show Me" state has again shown us how it
should be done. There needs to be more publicity and exposure regarding what
Missouri has done. Please pass this around.
In 2007, Missouri placed on the ballot a proposed constitutional
amendment designating English as the official language of Missouri ...... No
individual has the right to demand government services in a language OTHER
than English.
In 2008, a measure was passed that required the Missouri Highway Patrol
and other law enforcement officials to verify the immigration status of any
person arrested, and inform federal authorities if the person is found to be
in Missouri illegally. ... illegal immigrants do NOT have access to taxpayers benefits such
as food stamps or health care through Missouri Health NET.
In 2009, a measure was passed that ensures Missouri 's public
institutions of higher education do NOT award financial aid to individuals

I would go on to add a law requiring all students registering for public school to provide proof of citizenship. And if anyone is found to be an illegal in that process, they are immediately referred to ICE.

If we make THEM persona non grata like MEXICO makes illegals in THEIR country, then it the problem would likely begin to take care of itself.

End the GRAVY TRAIN and the freeloaders will stop comming. Futher, it will be much easier to round them up for deportation.

This has to happen everywhere and soon!

We've tried passing the English only law but every time we do the Injuns get all riled up at the "White Man" trying to take away their "heritage"!

Like they go take their drivers test in Sauk & Fox or Kiowa...

Couldn't prove it by me and I live here. A lot of guatamalens (sp?) here, they're kind of like Mexicos Mexicans the way I understand it.

We contact ICE everytime we have illegals and most of the time we are told to turn them loose.

You got me....I am not around the Dexter area much.

The only arest in the last year have been Asian.

I will say that this kinda treatment only makes them uncomfortable and more likely to commit crimes because the feds won't do their job of deportation.

What is really needed is mass rallies by Americans demanding that the deportation process begin NOW.

We had a "bounty" system put in place during WWII for illegals and it worked - basically, local LEO's were compensated for rounding up the illegals.

As long as ICE turns them loose they will be there. The Feds won't do their job. Of course if they did we would need a new President or least one who can prove he was here legally.

As long as we stay home, quiet and obedient, ICE will continue to turn them loose.

Joe Citizen doesn't understand that. Many don't understand that the deportation business is a Fed. exclusive deal. ICE holds the cards and it's their choice to respond or not.

There's no Fed. law/policy that they must respond to illegals in custody by local LE, be it 1 or 100. I can see ICE responding in the SW, they're only a few hours drive to the border, low cost, low involvement. The same with the Fed. Crt system in the SW.

Hey, i'ld like the bounty system. I'ld have no problem loading up illegals, be it adults or children. Let's say 100 dollars per adult and 50 per kid, or more, it could be good money.

You'd think Texas with it's Republican majority state congress could pass a "Sanctuary Cities" bill to keep out the illegals, but NO they couldn't do it. Sure some republicans talk about keeping out illegals but the reality is many businesses are profiting from the cheap labor and the government is supporting this practice. Heck, in my group at work 70% are here on H1B1 visas-all here legally!

Sheriffs should start arresting ICE A-holes who refuse to do THEIR FRICKIN JOB for dereliction of duty, insubordination, etc. Same goes for ATF A-holes who smuggle guns to Mexican cartel.

Lock 'em up until trial.
Charge with as many crimes as can be found.
Convict 'em and give max sentence.

Yank the slack out of these useless SOB's! Should've been done long ago.

Texas passed a law back in the 80's making it illegal for illegal imigrant children to attend public school in Texas.

The supreme court threw the law out - based on it violating the 4th Amendment.

This could be done however by passing a new law requiring ALL children enrolling to provide proof of citizenship.

Make Mexico pay the bounty.
Make them pay the deportation costs, too. Shoot, might as well make Mexico pay reparations to victims of their crimes, court costs prosecuting them, prison costs incarcerating them, and etc.
Just take it off the top of any moneys the US gooberment gives away to Mexico, then charge them remainder due. If they don't pay it we start drilling oil on Mexican soil.
