Have any of you used Kiowa Outfitters??? Getting ready to sign on and need some info on the group. They are located in North east New Mexico, out of Raton. They normally have a big camp at the base of San Antonio Mt. in unit 52. Any info would be helpful. Thanks! We'll be going for 1st rifle season.

I hunted with them a few years ago and wouldn't hesitate to hunt with them again. Well organized, good equipment and quality guides. The owner is a former game warden.

Never used them myself, but have heard positive reports from some of those who have--FWIW,

I used them to draw a tag and put us up for a week. We hunted on out own. They provided grub and a bed. I killed a small bull in 51 and had a great time. I would do the same again.

You will be happy. As said the owner is a former warden. I only bought tags, but they are there every year and know it well.
Good Shooting!

I've always wanted to see the Vermejo, thinking these guys are the ones I spoke with about bringing my G-son down for a cow hunt.

I was down at San Antonio Mountain two weeks ago and its so dry they have the national forests closed. I was looking for antelope on BLM and where there are normally a couple hundred, I found about a dozen goats. Hope they get some rain.

My father and I hunted with Kiowa last year and had a great experience during the archery Elk hunt even though we did not connect on any animals. The camp and food he provided were top notch.
