Having acquired a bullet mold for my "new" .338-06 Stevens (which is not much better than a 30-06 but I like it anyway), I searched for a Lee sizing kit for this caliber - and found none.
Apparently, Lee does not produce a .339" die set, even though they do produce the .339" 220 grain gas check molds.
As this is my preferred kit for sizing boolits, being a bottom-up rig, I simply put in an order to Lee for a custom kit.
Three weeks and $30 later, I received my .340" kit.
This is about twice as fast as they "promise".
I did this once before with the same great results.

Every service experience I've ever had w/ them (I order custom collet neck sizers & case length gages from them) has been excellent.
They make a great product at a fantastic price and, just as importantly, back it up w/ great customer service after the fact.

Nice to see folks who recognize good value.

I bought a Lee Universal Decapper and had the pin break - they responded quickly and the issue was solved.

I bought a Lee Universal Decapper and had the pin break - they responded quickly and the issue was solved. i have had the same thing happen using the decapper to unseat primers from military 30.06. lee gave me a new one, and i bought three or four more pins. Finally had to use one of the new pins recently as a replacement

Lee's been good to me, for a lot of years.
Like any, some products I like, some I treasure, some I don't care for - but that's for a different thread.
Their service is without question.

Agreed; not a gunwriter but my loading bench has Redding, ,Forster, RCBS, Lee, etc., whatever products that work. I've used the Lee "Autoprime" for large and small cases & Lee shellholders for 20 years. I use their collet dies on my 303 Enfield and have used their RGB dies on a few cartridges.. All have been good values that do the job.

More Lee dies on the bench than any other.
