Can anyone give me the weight of a Savage cub minus the stock? I'm intrigued by the idea of a uber-light .22 rifle as is being kicked around in the backpacking section. I like what folks are doing with the Cricket but figure if going DIY might better look into other options first. I'm sure the cub's trigger is better, but wanted to check on weights first.
