He got off the plane Weds....

Thats enough time for jet lag to wear off...

Enough time to sort through pictures...

And enough time that his "in person" freinds oughta be sick of hearing about it by now... grin

He's probably depositing the checks that arrived at the office while he was gone.

I think he forgot his camera and can't bring himself to tell us..... grin

I did hear that there was some guy that dressed up as a bananna attacking (actually I believe the word being used was spearing) a mascot gorilla.......

Seems to have happened just after isaac got back in town??????
I don't know if the Bananna was wearing a tie or not?

But out of circumstansial evidence only, I believe Bob may have been changed permanently by this hunt.....

I'm waiting for one set of photos from my PH, Francois,to fill in a couple of gaps and I'll post,I swear. Francois went from one 12 day hunt right into the other and I'm just waiting for him to get a break. I promise to take care of this by the week's end.

Here's some night time action for your viewing pleasure, but not quite as perfect as Fosteolgy's wonderful trophy.

Cool photos!

It would be very tempting to just have a taxi do a life-size mount him in a tree, just like in some of those photos... Very cool...

Leopard in the bag or not, that had to be one heck of a hunt!

Hardly. 3rd or 4th generation Dutch Reform Namibian whose family owned the land I hunted on before selling it to the current owners of Ozandjahe. He's a most talented PH who knows every inch of over 200K acres of land he's hunted since he was a little boy,who killed his first kudu with a 22. 58 incher,by the way! I learned a great deal from the man.

I'm sorry. I had to wait for my PH to send me some pics which were stored on his computer and no longer on my memory card. I got them this morning but am having fits with PB,which keeps freezing up on me every two frikken minutes. I was about ready to smash this laptop but I developed a permanent calm during my trip so I spared it it's destruction.

I'm working on it,I swear.

I'm afraid to put up my stuff after FOstelogy's thread. Damn his cat is a beauty and the same size of the one that escaped me during my hunt. Seeing him stalking to the bait tree for about 8 seconds is still vividly imprinted into my brain.
