My wife and I got out recently to do a little hike/scout trip. We've been busy learning a new state and it's been fun. Put a lot of miles on the truck. I have an awesome wife who wakes up at 4AM to drive 2 hours to where we park the truck, then walk another 3 miles while gaining nearly a thousand feet of elevation. She thinks it's hiking. I call it scouting. Anyways, it was a successful trip. Deer were aplenty, stuff was green (little over an inch last week and the ocotillo are fully leafed out), and we have a spot to fill a tag if needed for sure. Enjoy the pics. She's got an Eberlestock, I've a Blacks Creek Canadian which is a fantastic pack. I absolutely love it.
