No guns included unless there is one stashed under the bed.  24' 1997 Nomad by Skyline. Double bed Fold out couch and collapsible table Fridge, microwave, oven New tires Self contained 6 gallon water heater Weighs approx 5,000 lbs which is easily towable with a 1/2 ton pick-up. Everything works, heater, AC, hot water heater, etc. One minor issue with hot water heater- sometimes it will not re-ignite when water temp drops. I'm thinking it needs a new part or two, just never got around to fixing it since it really isn't a major problem. Looking to sell as soon as possible, price reflects this: $3750. Wife wants me to sell it for over $4000 and I'll list it that way locally if no one from the Campfire wants to snag it. It's cherry inside, only one small stain on the linoleum which was added when a buddy of mine borrowed it and let a pipe crack. His repair included the beautification project. BTW, it's in the Fort Worth, TX area.
