I use two 223 Improved rifles.
A favorite standard load (for many) on the 223 Improved is 28.5 gr H335 w/50gr bullets for about 3,700 fps, 24" barrel. BUT, this is with Winchester brass and 223 brass can vary significantly in weight by brand.
I use Lapua brass and had to back off a full grain from Winchester with the same velocity. My preference is for Remington 7 1/2 primers.
Sorry, I can't be of assistance on heavier bullet weights.
With your twist rate I suspect you want to use heavier bullets?

Mine have all liked 50gr Vmax and Benchmark powder. I have a 1in 8 twist that likes 75gr Amax and Varget or RL15. I would suggest starting with a max load for the 223 from any manual and then work up slowly. Growler
