The QuickLOAD recommended start pressure for a solid soft brass and solid copper bullets is 1800 psi and 6000 psi respectively.

Does anyone know what the correct starting pressure setting should be for thin-banded bore-riding bullets (rifling engraving on thin-bands only, none on the bullet shank) for solid brass and solid copper bullets?

Since the bearing area of bore riders is reduced to just the bands engraving the rifling, compared to a bullet that has a complete cylindrical shank engraving the rifling, it would make some sense to calculate the surface area of each and then apply a ratio of relative areas to the "shot start initiation' pressure".
