I have a question If a guy bought an ultrasonic cleaner machine could you put Blued gun parts in it without problems? SS? Nickle?

Does anyone have experiance with this?
Heres my thought could I go shoot a 1911 for example bring it home put it in the cleaner and re assemble?

Or am I all wet?

Thanks HAnk

It would all depend on what you have in the cleaner as a solution.

Go to your local dollar store and get some PURPLE POWER and use a cap full.Purple power is a degreaser and wont hurt your blueing. Be aware though that it wont remove copper fouling.
