The handle material on that Menefee for sale,is paper butterscotch micarta. Its kinda rare & Rick won't use that on any knives no more exept for certain orders
So,its a good one to snag,IMO.
That stuff darkens w/ age & you can see pics of it in different color stages in a thread here ,I posted a whole set of kitchen knives on it

PS Here is the thread & the scales are like on the kitchen knives,NOT the cleaver.The darker color is what that stuff eventually turns to,like on the chef,butcher & fillet
