I'm getting ready to send a Rem 700 .223 action to be barreled to 6x45. Trying to decide on a twist rate....8,9,10,12 and 14 are all offered in 6mm. Looking to usually be under 100 grains bullet weight, mostly in the 70-100 grain range. What would be the best twist rate?
Thanks, Rob

Everything you now do is something you have chosen to do. Some people don't want to believe that. But if you're over age twenty-one, your life is what you're making of it. To change your life, you need to change your priorities.

I'm running a 1-8" twist and wouldn't change it. I also have a 6x47 (222 Remington mag case) coming that is also 1-8" twist.

Will Munny: It's a hell of a thing, killing a man. Take away all he's got and all he's ever gonna have.
The Schofield Kid: Yeah, well, I guess they had it coming.
Will Munny: We all got it coming, kid.
