anyone got any idea on what models leupold plans to offer the vx 6 in. I would like to see a 2.5-15 model with side focus. and a MOA based reticle or at least the TMR. 1/3moa or m5 adjustments would be an added bonus.

I believe it is just 2-12x42 and 1-6x20 at this point. Swfa had them on their website a few months ago. Leupold has only been telling us this line of scopes is coming for nearly a year now...

Leupold has dropped the ball on getting them out before fall hunting, not sure what their plans are!

yeah you would think they would have these out in july. surprised they would do a 1-6x20 as one of the initial offerings, I would think that is a very low selling scope. the 2-12, kinda the same deal there too. a 2.5-15 now we are talking, setup with side focus and, turret choices, 30 mm tube and a good variety of reticles.

I would like to see a 3-18X50 A.O. come in at about 16 ounces.

I would like to see a 3-18X50 A.O. come in at about 16 ounces. The vx6 line is 30mm tube and not light like the vx3 so dont hold your breath. Iirc the 2-12 is over 16 oz

a 3-18 would be fine with me, as long as it had at least 30 feet of FOV at 100 yards. the 4.5-14 model really suffers with FOV on the low end.
