Those maggots who'd pull such a stunt, then not bother to go in and immediately finish off that buck, should be profoundly ashamed of themselves. Truly despicable "sportsmen."
They do more damage to our hunting prvileges than a whole group of anti-hunting people can do on purpose.

Idiots for sure, but I guarantee Utah isn't alone in that regard.
Utah is not alone and I have some great friends that are class acts from Utah but having spent time there I have to say that this type of behavior was more noticible there than it has been anywhere else I've ever been and I've hunted all over the west. I had never seen a couch in the bed of the truck that had people sitting on it while "road hunting" before and I saw it twice in Utah in a week, on an archery hunt.
What a bunch of d bags. Been archery hunting over 30 years and I see more and more of this behavior every year. Everyone wants to make the 100 yd archery shot on deer. Guys taking shots from the back of pick-ups at deer and elk at long ranges with bows and laughing and bragging at wounded animals
Dont see what they needed camo for when they just shoot from the road. Cant believe he was walking up to the deer while it was struggling videoing it with his phone or something. Idiots for sure

I am all for the asp kicking, the language is terrible, and appaently the shot was not the best one. I felt very badly that the deer was not finished off ASAP. Also no reason to spook it and harass it. As somone below said there are more and more each year.
