I was perusing another forum the other day and came acroos a thread titled Show off your guns! Well I started looking and one guy had a pic of his entire gun collection, including some class III stuff. That got me thinking(doesn't happen that often, just ask my wife) that it was pretty dumb to post stuff like that. Now, I will admit that from time to time I have posted a new gun of mine that I was excited about and wanted to share, but after looking at the thread I have decided not to post pics of my guns anymore. Hunting pics not included.
My father was kind of man that did not want anyone knowing what he had, no matter who you were. I see nowdays people posting all kinds of stuff on forums, videos of peope gun, gold and silver coin collections.
Maybe I am a little paranoid, but the way things are now you never know who is seaching the internet, forums and places like youtube. Have heard things about the government watching Facebook and the like.
I know there is supposed to be some type of anomenity on the web, but I don't think it could be that hard to look stuff for some people with computer skills.

I rarely post anything for same reasons... game or guns doesn't matter really to me.
But I'm with Geaux... since I don't have any anymore...
We can keep Larry Root and all his idiotic blabber and user names on here, but we can't get Ralph back..... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over....

Heck, I have actually given my kids most of mine and sold a few more, think I only have 10- or 12 left. and half of them are BP or rimfire.
