Well, The butts and brisket are done. Got the brisket sliced up and vacuum sealed. Now I'm spending the rest of my evening chopping up the butts and getting them vacuum sealed. Here's the Brisket:

Here is a few shots of the butts getting chopped. I've got three down, 7 left to do. 8 are for the wedding two for neighbors and we'll have left over ribs and brisket for a day or too.

Gotcha... I went to pell city last year... only small town i know there. Buddy that i was stationed with overseas lives there and i went to visit.

Everything is done, well meat wise. Still got a gallon or two of sauce to make.

About 25-30lbs of pulled pork for the wedding
