Got a friend about to light up a Winnie with a McWoody and he wants to be true to the Winnie spirit. I can't find a pic of one...

I ordered the first McMillan Winchester Hunter in a McWoody with a red pad. I'll post a pic when I get it.

Does McMillan supply the red pad now or do we still have to?
Anybody who seriously concerns themselves with the adequacy of a Big 7mm for anything we hunt here short of brown bear, is a dufus. They are mostly making shidt up. Crunch! Nite-nite!

I ordered the first McMillan Winchester Hunter in a McWoody with a red pad. I'll post a pic when I get it.

Does McMillan supply the red pad now or do we still have to? McMillan will supply the pad as they did with my Sako Classic/Red pad for a M70.

Hope this helps: I bet those holes in the pad really help reduce recoil too...

Hope this helps: Karnis, that's one fine looking rifle ! I could do without a red pad. Especially that fu pad there. Now I'd do a brown pad on a McWoody for sure.

I am sure this has been asked before, but...The McWoody is a paint scheme or a swirly combo? If swirly, what are the colors and percentages?

Swirly. When you order through the website just add McWoody, they have the percentages.
