I use a Primos Can during bow season to draw in does. Whether it's curiosity or maternal instincts, I don't know, but they do come to it. During the rut, I generally only have young bucks come to it.
I use a Flex-Tone grunt call more than anything. Hands down the best sounding grunt call in the market.
BTW- I hunt Florida which is different from everywhere else on the planet.

There's no figuring Yotes, sometimes. I know of a case where a team of hunters won a competitive coyote hunt and shot a pickup load of song dogs by playing -- get this -- a tape of a crying human infant.
Kind of tells you all you need to know about Yotes... A caught javelina sound the same

I have had coyotes come in for a the can call,one time a early cold morning hunt.Came right out of a swamp looking for the call!
