Last Monday, 10/17, I posted how I had trashed my Hornady New Dimension .270 resizing die in this thread: http://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/5726213/Oops_Dang_it#Post5726213 . I had called customer service and told them what I'd done and they said that they'd send me another new spindle assembly no charge. It arrived on Saturday the 22nd. To my great surprise, when I opened the package, there was not one but TWO spindles. I called this AM to get a street address so I could send back a broken overall length gauge. Second one that the screw end has cracked off. To make a LLS, they are sending me two at no charge. That kind of service makes a person want to use even more of their products.
If we live long enough, we all have regrets. But the ones that nag at us the most are the ones in which we know we had a choice.

Gotta love those people at Hornady. Not that I want them to get a big head and raise their prices but they are great and their bullets are mighty fine too!

also gotta appreciate when the sell their blems to someone like midway who gets them on sale and into our hands at a very good price. When you can pick up 100 hunting bullets at $15-18 or therabouts it takes you back to the good old days.
