It lasted about 20 seconds here. Seems like the house just swayed back and forth.

My cousin in Stillwater posted on FB that things were shaking and it wasn't from the OK St. game.

It was rated at a 5.2. Felt all the way from the Kansas border to south of Wichita Falls TX.

Felt it in Wichita. I'm at work, wife called from my home in El Dorado and said it woke her up.

30 miles north of Joplin, Missouri. Windows rattled and something fell in kitchen, wife thought I was playing a joke.

First reports I've seen indicate it was a measly 4.8, centered 6 miles from Prague, Ok.

Hell yes the ground was shaking, USGS says it was a 5.6. The 4.8 was last night. I'm 11 miles from the [color:#3333FF]Epicenter...! This crap isn't funny any more, it's getting scary. Knocked stuff off the walls and broke alot of glass. I'm afraid to go to sleep....

I went through tons of quakes over decades in Calif. and for those who've been through a lot, it usually took a 6.0 to really get your attention unless you were close to the epicenter. As long as the magnitude keeps going down, things will hopefully be fine. It will tend to make it a tad difficult to sleep.

Better to have a lot of little ones than one big one. 5's don't even make the 6 0'clock news up here hardly. But I imagine where they don't experience very many, it would be a topic for the internet.
