Mine is a Bushmaster lower with a Colt MT6601C upper. All post ban. Thinking hard about a new upper in 7.62x39.
My AR has a two stage trigger from Compass lake, and a thin National Match front post. Shoots very well.
It's funny how AR fever hits and stays with you.

Also, am I the only one who hears these guys telling about how they bought a pre ban Colt for $500.00? I hate those stories. A pre ban Colt will set you back $1300.00 in my neck of the woods.

This will be easy...

My AR-15 is just a lower reciever, with a grip and the trigger assembly. No stock, no upper, nothing else.

A friend needed to sell it (Bushmaster) and I bought it. Haven't been able to convince the wife I need the other parts yet.

Bushmaster lower (post-ban) with a JP Enterprises trigger (highly recommended), ASA 20" HB upper (A2 receiver) in .223 (of course) with a no-name float tube installed. A Weaver V24 scope sits in a B-Square removeable scope mount. I'd like to get an A3 receiver to build a new upper on, but that project is a ways down the road.
DD

Post ban Colt H-Bar flat top, 1:9 twist, with a Williams set trigger. A Leupold 6-5-20X50 Vari-X III on top with a Harris bipod and Hunter military sling. The Half Breed is a DPMS lower with a Olympic Arms heavy barrel 7.62X39 flat top upper. It has a Jewel trigger and Tasco rubber armored 3-9 scope. Both weight a ton. Bob

post ban Bushmaster carbine. Free float fore end, Titanium firing pin. Thinking hard about a chrome plated bolt & bolt carrier. Possibly a titanium hammer.4 shots in an inch at 100 yards then it throws a flyer 2 inches away. That flyer is really starting to chap my backside...

Bushmaster CMP. Hard to beat for the money.

I own two. One is a Bushy ES2 national Match. Removeable carry handle, Smith Compensator. A real tack driver. Well Buster, if you hate guys telling about how they got their AR's for $500.00, your really gonna hate me. My second is a Colt AR-15 Model SP-1. Bought it from the Local Nuke plant for $125.00 a few years ago when they went to the CAR-15. They only used it as a DM rifle. The rifle is in excellent condition with very few rounds put through it. Tried to get all three of them, but they would allow one per person.
Keeb
